My love affair with yoga started as a short fling, about 11 years ago, when I tagged along to a Vinyasa class with my then boyfriend. Although I had a nice time, it didn’t really knock my socks off – at the time. When I moved to NYC 6 years ago, I started practicing regularly, often setting my alarm to 5:30 AM (not not crazy) so I can get a sunrise session in before I had to dress nicely, put on a smile and head over to the office.
Many people (ok, mostly me) have claimed I’d the ideal candidate for a diplomatic position (after all, I do master the art of small-talk and know exactly when to flash a killer smile), so when I was offered to become a brand ambassador for the wonderful Yoga Apparel brand, RIPPLE, I didn’t have to think twice to graciously accept ;-)
